Throughout the years the company has developed: at present it has its own tapping system (tools and equipment) in order to thread quicker than would be possible using a lathe. It also has lathes, borers, and other machinery and equipment usually used by mechanical companies.

Carsaniga has been producing materials for the construction industry since it was founded in 1964. Throughout the years we have developed a specialised knowledge on the tapping process, especially involving large diameters. We manufacture couplers, hexagonal nuts and threaded items as well as thread forged items of several dimensions and shapes.

The skills, tools and equipment we have allow us to drill and thread diameters of up to 60 mm. Then, in order to complete the job, we perform simpler tasks on the lathe so that the items produced comply with the drawing provided by the customer.
