SPECIAL PROFILE THREADS ON CUSTOMER SPECIFICATION Now we produce special threads for DYWIDAG SYSTEMS INT. Couplers, nuts, domed nuts and other items for hot rolled bar and we ship them to their several division in Europe (see www.dywit.it, http://www.dywidag-systems.com). Custom profile of several forms and dimesion can be machined (minimum 16 mm up to 65 mm, thread pitch 3mm – 8 mm up to 21 mm).
TAPS for BIG BORES We are equipped to thread up to diameter di 65 mm and lenght 260 mm. Thanks to customized machines and automatization LTP is really low, so we are competitive and cheap. LATHE and other MACHINING we can produce ancillay items like plates, domed plates, welded items thanks to our internal equipment, so that we can satisfy customer requests on their drawings.
Our goal is to supply final product as required by customer. Our equipment is made by lathes, drillers, threading machines, milling machines. Moreover we cooperate with several outsource resources that can help us in supplying a complete final product. Also coating with paint or zinc is an option we can perform.

Straight tie rods can be produced with diameters from 10 up to 65 mm. Single or double thread can satisfy every need in short supplying time. We can also supply nuts, washers and ancillary accessories, black or galvanized.
We produce threaded items of any kind. We supply building sector with special threaded items, ANCHOR BOLTS, TIE RODS. We are focused DYWIDAG and GEWI thread for continuous hot rolled bars, but we can produce also TR and metric thread. We machine items by CNC LATHE. We supply forged items (nuts, plates, couplers) on customer specs, usually with their thread. We machine using taps for the thread. If needed in some cases we can also produce threaded items by lathe.
